Report Requirements

1. Vlog of 7 minutes or less, showcasing:
   • Questions for teacher interviews on use of technology in the classroom
   • Summary of responses from three teacher interviews, with sample responses
   • Lesson plan analysis of an interviewed teacher’s technology-enabled lesson plan
   • A checklist of no more than 5 items or questions to help guide your own technology-enabled lesson plans, created in collaboration with your cohort
2. (Optional) Documents used to create the vlog
